What the extension does

The extension saves the professional profile you are currently viewing on LinkedIn into your agency's own expert network platform. It does one thing and it does it only when you click its icon.

What data it reads

When you click the extension on a profile page it reads, from that page only: full name, headline, current role and company, work history, skills, location, and, if you open the "Contact info" panel, email address, phone number and website. It reads nothing on any other page, and nothing on a profile page until you click.

Where the data goes

The extracted profile is shown to you first, editable, and is sent only when you press Save. It goes to the API of your agency's platform, at the address configured in the extension settings, over HTTPS. It is stored in your agency's own database. Nothing is sent to the developer of the extension, to LinkedIn, or to any third party.

What the extension stores on your computer

Only its settings: the API address, the platform address, your access token and your language choice. They stay in Chrome's extension storage on your machine.

What the extension does not do

• It does not browse, crawl or scrape LinkedIn. It never navigates on its own.
• It does not collect browsing history, keystrokes or activity on other websites.
• It does not sell, share or transfer data to anyone.
• It does not use the data for advertising, profiling or creditworthiness.
• It does not run code fetched from the network.

Your responsibility

The people whose profiles you save are your agency's contacts. Use the extension only on profiles of people your agency already has a professional relationship with, and in accordance with LinkedIn's terms and the data protection law that applies to you.
